One of my favorite decadent yet healthy desserts to whip up when a sweet craving hits. I only allow myself to make it maximum once per week, otherwise I finish the whole pot! Very cravable. Enjoy!


1 banana

1 avocado

1/4 cup cocoa powder or melted dark chocolate

1 pinch of red chili flake

1 pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup plant milk of your choice

Variations: honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness; dash of cinnamon, an espresso shot, candied ginger.

Combine all ingredients in a tall jug and use a stick blender to blend until creamy. Spoon into small serving cups and garnish with fresh fruit or a small biscuit. Best chilled! Enjoy!
